Our equipment manufacturing niche is our shops flexibility to do custom stainless steel fabrication. Occupying a manufacturing facility of approximately 86,225 square feet, Quality Fabrication & Design is fully equipped with all the fabrication and machine shop equipment required to fully make us capable of handling any structural, sheet metal, and/or equipment manufacturing projects.
Our manufacturing facility consists of a variety of departments that enable the customer to rely on one manufacturer to handle all aspects of production. These departments, to name a few, include complete machine shop, a variety of welding techniques and procedures, water jet cutting, metal finishing, quality control and assurance, final project assembly, and crating to ship the end product to its final destination.

Our sheet metal and machine shop department is equipped with all the equipment required to fabricate any of your stainless steel fabrication sheet metal needs. Skilled machinists set up and operate conventional, special purpose, numerical controls (NC), and computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts.
They select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, jig borers, drills and shapers. Machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut must be calculated and controlled to assure absolute precision parts.
The finished product is inspected for first-class workmanship, design specifications and customer satisfaction. Product parts are inspected at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure reliability of our products. Inspectors read the blueprints, design drawings, specifications and diagrams, as well as confer with manufacturing and design staff to determine quality and reliability of the manufactured products. Products are tested for a variety of quality specifications such as dimensions, performance, mechanical, and/or electrical characteristics. Modification of existing manufacturing practices may be recommended to achieve optimum quality.
