Consistent and rapid heating of cooking oil is achieved while hot spot are eliminated. The QFD heat exchanger operates at high thermal efficiency and requires a very small volume of cooking oil. Unit is completely assembled and ready for operation. The burner system is offered with natural gas, LPG, light oil, or dual fuel.
