Multi-Product In-Line Fryer – Multi-product fryer allows for uniformed frying of tortilla, corn, and tostado chips. Cooking oil is heated with a remote heat exchanger and is circulated continuously through the fryer. Special fryer pan and filter design allows fryer to operate at low oil volume reducing oil turn over issues, which enhances product shelf life.
